Terema at the International Forum on Quality and Safety in Healthcare
'Outstanding' : 'best session at the conference' : 'thank you so much for joining up the dots' : 'It was fun as well as informative':
The Minicourse M15 'Combining evidence and Human Factors: Actionable learning for systems and people' was delivered by Phil Higton (Terema Director of Training) and Sir John Oldham, (Head of Quest).
Our premise is that outcomes from improvement interventions are the result of a combination of three major influences; evidence, improvement science and human factors. To attempt to make improvements by only using one or two of these influences is to risk poor, irrelevant or unsustainable change.
Quest provide insight and experience in large system change. Terema has experience in teaching and training Human Factors and Teamskills to over 6000 health care professionals over the last 8 years and together we can achieve safe, relevant, high-value, sustainable change within healthcare organisations and teams.
