Feedback from Terema at the IHI Annual National Forum on Quality Improvement in Health Care.

Since 2007 Terema have teamed with Sir John Oldham to provide workshops at the most important International conferences on Quality and Safety in Healthcare - The IHI National Forums in the USA and the BMJ International Forums in Europe.  The feedback from workshop delegates has been consistently outstanding and includes comments like 'the best workshop ever!' and 'clearly the best session I attended while at IHI Forum.'
This year we explored the practical application of the 'outcomes' equation - Evidence plus System Improvement plus Human Factors equals Outcomes (J Oldham JAMA).
